Avast Antivirus products are incompatible with CLM Explorer. This is an ongoing problem.

If you receive an alert from Avast that CLME is unsafe or that it contains a virus, this is a false-postive report.

Here is a clip from a recent email from them where they claim the problem will be resolved in the next VPS update.

But it doesn't help. The problem keeps recurring

You'll have to either disable Avast, or configure it to work with CLME. Otherwise if you are still unable to install/run CLME, you'll have to find some other scheduler program.
