Avira Antivirus products are incompatible with CLM Explorer. This is an ongoing problem.

If you receive an alert from Avira that CLME is unsafe or that it contains a virus, this is a false-postive report.

Here is a screenshot from their own site stating CLME.exe is clean

You'll have to either disable Avira, or configure it to work with CLME. Otherwise if you are still unable to install/run CLME, you'll have to find some other scheduler program.

Please contact Avira and get them to fix this on your PC.
