Windows Vista users:

There are some security issues that you need to be aware of. This may affect the operation of the program.

Please follow these steps if you experience difficulty:

Go to the TMS FOLDER, not just the program icon, but the folder. Right click on it. Select Properties, then Security.

Select Edit. Highlight the Administrators' name and make sure all the Permission check boxes are checked - they should be by default. If not, check them all and click Apply and Close.

Now, go the actual launch icon for the program. Right-click on it and select Properties, Compatibility. Towards the bottom is te option to run as Administrator, select it and close out of there. Program should run just fine, although you will need to agree to the security warning each time you run it but big deal, at least the program now runs. For me at least....

The problem it seems is that when it installs it creates a new permission level known as Creator/Special. However, when you look at the permissions for that account you see that none are selected and none can be selected. By changing to Run as Administrator, you have all the permissions on by default.
