We have a small congr. and sometimes a student has a two talks in the same month.

I try to modify the CLMdat file but it does not change the council points.

Are there two .dat files that need to be updated?

How can a more granular change to council points be made

Hi Bob. Don't do that. Something might explode.

On the Students screen click the 'Edit' button and set the current study point.

The student (nor you) will know which study to work on for the 2nd talk until you hear the first talk. There can only be one at a time; these are the specific instructions according to the 'be' book.

Normally the 2nd slip will say "TBD" (to be determined) so the student knows that the study point is going to depend on whatever the chairman decides he needs to give attention to after hearing the 1st talk.

I hope this make sense.

Thanks!
