Problem with syncing Samsung Galaxy Note 2

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2, which runs Android Jelly Bean. After syncing from my desktop first, I then synced my phone. The data for 'Congregation' and 'Calendar' is synced, but not 'Student'. I have tried it several times, but no student data is added.

After doing the Sync to Cloud on my smartphone the following message appears:

The page at https://ssl.tmsware.com says:
Cloud Sync Complete
Upload: No local changes were found.
Download: Imported 18 weeks, 0 students.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? Does this mean the Galaxy Note 2 is not compatible?

I have the Galaxy Note 2 and it works.
