TMSWare.com (herein “TMSWare”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides software services to assist in scheduling and organizing Christian meetings. Our suite of products includes the Windows “Theocratic Meeting Scheduler” desktop program as well as an app for iOS and Android mobile devices.

Third Party Services

You may control the TMSWare app’s access to your device information through your “Settings” feature on your device. For instance, you can withdraw permission for the app to access your calendar and send you “push” notifications.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to for our internal purposes. When you deactivate your account, including if you are removed from the TMSWare desktop application data, we will remove your information from view by others on the Service

Minors Under 13

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information collected from a child under 13, please contact us.
